About Pneumatic Pouch Packing Machine

The Pneumatic Pouch Packing Machine is an automatic grade machine with an electric drive type, designed to pack fryums, powder, granules and free flow material. With a sealing type of center and 3 side sealing, the machine allows for a roll width of 140mm to 400mm. The feeding system is equipped with a volumetric cup filler/weigh filler to ensure efficient packing. The machine also features a PID-based temperature controller, standard color mark system, machine motion of intermittent type and machine control through our controller or PLC (Delta). Contact parts of the machine are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability, and power consumption of the machine is approximately 2kw. Additional features like batch coding device, nitrogen flushing systems, and batch cutting can be included at extra cost.
